The purpose of the study - evaluation of the effectiveness of using a personalized approach to the use of warfarin with pharmacogenetic testing. Methods. Open, prospective, non-randomized study of the efficacy of complex algorithm with indirect anticoagulants in patients with permanent atrial fibrillation in a clinic. Results. The correlation coefficient between the calculated and selected dose of warfarin was 0.93. That mean that, the predictive value of the selected algorithm for calculating the initial dose of warfarin was very high.
