Исследования на различных объектах (кролики, кошки, собаки, человекообразные обезьяны, овцы, донорские глаза человека и др.) позволили выявить структурные и функциональные особенности данного вида оттока, что оказало значительное влияние на клиническую практику при лечении глаукомы. В последнее время наиболее актуальными направлениями экспериментальных работ в этой области служат изучение воздействия на увеосклеральный путь оттока новой группы гипотензивных препаратов-ингибиторов Rho-киназ и разработка концепции увеолимфатического оттока.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Literature review devoted to experimental research of uveoscleral way of outflow of intraocular liquid beginning from 60-s of previous century till present time. Researches of various objects (rabbits, cats, dogs, anthropoids, sheep, donor human eye and others) allowed to identify structural and functional specifics of this type of outflow, that effects greatly on clinical practice wile treatment of glaucoma.
