За 12 месяцев после операции угол поворота линзы от 1 до 5° наблюдался в 61,8 % и от 6 до 10° - в 6,2 % глаз. В 32 % наблюдений ротации отмечено не было. Поворота линз в капсульном мешке более чем на 10° не зарегистрировано. Предложенная разметка не вызывала зрительных расстройств, легко визуализировалась при узком зрачке.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Background. Industrial marking of toric intraocular lens (IOL) does not allow accurate implantation in narrow pupil and does not allow to locate the optical axis of device to the optical axis of eye after the surgery. Methods. 86 patients (97 eyes) with corneal astigmatism been operated for cataract with the installation of toric IOL model Acrysof Toric (Alcon, USA), with additional marking according to the proposed utility model for an invention (patent number 134049). Results. In all cases labels made with the proposed method, were clearly visible during the operation, with no need to push the rim of the pupil and the iris with using of additional instruments that preserves the integrity of tissues. For the12 months after the installation of IOL rotation angle of IOL from 1 to 5° was appeared in 61.8 % and from 6 to 10° - 6.2 % of cases. In 32 % of cases, rotation was not appeared. Rotate of the lens in the capsular bag for more than 10° are not registered. Conclusions. Additional markings accurately determine the position of the cylindrical component of the toric IOL and accurately center it, even in low mydriasis condition. It does not cause visual disturbances andit is easily visualized in narrow pupil.
