Особо следует отметить возможность сочетания терапевтических и диагностических опций, что может существенно повысить эффективность лечения. Однако необходимо тщательно подходить к вопросам организации службы фотодинамической терапии. Недостаточное образование специалистов, неполное обеспечение службы лечебным и диагностическим оборудованием и несоблюдение протоколов лечения могут привести к существенному ухудшению результатов и дискредитации метода.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Photodynamic therapy is a promising method for the treatment of tumors with a broad potential of clinical and research applications. The possibility to combine the diagnostic and therapeutic options is of particular note that can significantly improve treatment efficiency. However, it is important to consider carefully the issues of service organization for the photodynamic therapy.
