Использование докозагексаеновой кислоты у животных с повреждением седалищного нерва дозо-зависимо снижает активность и сроки реализации нейрогенного болевого синдрома, приводит к более ранней стабилизации распределения веса и препятствует развитию дистрофических изменений в тканях стопы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The experiment on white rats confirms that the sciatic nerve ligation causes neuropathic pain syndrome characterised by a decrease in the temperature pain threshold, uneven weight distribution on hind-limbs, and dystrophic changes in foot tissues.
