Развитие апоптоза, степень наработки оксида азота, p53 и Bcl-2 в клетках слизистой оболочки представляют взаимозависимый механизм. В разные сроки после повреждения оксид азота может оказывать апоптогенное и/или антиапоптогенное действие. Эти процессы сводятся к редукции вторичного повреждения клеток путем влияния оксида азота на апоптоз, а также стимуляции трофики и регенераторных способностей слизистой оболочки. Ингибирование апоптоза может способствовать регенерации, а его стимуляция в перспективе оказывать цитопротективное влияние при вторичном повреждении продуктами воспалительных реакций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper overviews results of authors’ studies into molecular mechanisms of apoptosis and its role in reparation of mucous coat after deafferentation and mechanical injury of maxillary sinus. The progression of apoptosis, extent of production of nitric oxide, p53 and Bcl-2 in mucous cells appear to be interdependent. The nitric oxide is capable of showing proand anti-apoptogenic effects in different periods after injury. These processes result in the reduction of secondary injury of cells due to nitric oxide effects on apoptosis and stimulation of trophic and regeneration-related capabilities of the mucous coat. The inhibition of apoptosis can facilitate the regeneration processes.
