Для замещения дефекта и восстановления глазницы использовали сетчатый никелид титана, разработанный в медико-инженерном центре Томского университета. Послеоперационных осложнений, связанных с нагноением или изменением положения имплантата, авторами не зарегистрировано. Применение сетчатого никелида титана позволило повысить эффективность хирургического лечения больных с травматическими переломами средней зоны лица благодаря таким свойствам материала, как биоинертность, сверхэластичность и сетчатое строение, обеспечивающее «прорастание» тканей и, как следствие, предупреждение смещения имплантата без дополнительной фиксации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper describes experience of 48 surgical procedures for midface injuries with orbital floor fractures. The reticular titanium nickelide-based alloy made in Tomsk University has been used to replace this defect and restore the eye-pit. There were no post-operative complications caused by suppuration or implant shift. As reported, the reticular titanium nickelide allows to raise the efficiency of surgical procedures on patients with traumatic fractures of midface due to material properties, for example, bioinertia, superelasticity and reticular structure, ensures ‘tissue ingrowth’ and, therefore, prevents any shifts of implant without additional fixation.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>нижняя стенка глазницы</kwd><kwd>никелид титана</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>SD-моделирование</kwd><kwd>orbital floor</kwd><kwd>titanium nickelide</kwd><kwd>3D-simulation</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Давыдов Д.В.
