Морфологическими и нейровизуализационным методами достоверно подтверждено уменьшение отека тканей головного мозга в зоне вторичного повреждения. Церебропротекторный эффект препарата, по мнению авторов, реализуется через нитроксидпродуцирующую функцию микрососудов мозга.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The experiment conducted on 62 laboratory rats with isolated severe traumatic brain injuries allowed to analyze the therapeutic efficiency of Alpha lipoic acid. The morphologic and neurovisual methods of investigation confirmed reduction in the cerebral tissue edema in the area where the secondary injury occurred.
