Ранняя анемия недоношенных - частое патологическое состояние у недоношенных новорожденных и выбор метода лечения ее является актуальным для практического здравоохранения. Приводятся сравнительные данные по реакции клеточного иммунитета новорожденных с очень низкой массой при рождении на применение консервативных методов лечения (рекомбинантный человеческий эритропоэтин) и гемотрансфузии. Установлено, что трансфузия компонентов крови взрослых доноров приводит к существенному снижению показателей клеточного иммунитета новорожденных.
Early anaemia of newborn children is a frequent pathological state in premature born children, and the method of its elimination remains to be very crucial in the health care practice. The paper reviews the comparable data about the cell-mediated immunity responses in newborn children with very low body weight at birth with respect to the use of conservative treatment methods (recombinant human erythropoietin) and hemotransfusion. As reported, the transfusion of adult donor’s blood components allows the considerable decrease of the newborn children’s cell-mediated immunity parameters.
