<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper aims at analyzing the clinical approbation of the approach to conducting combined general anaesthesia in oncologic patients in case of the extended surgeries. The target group comprised 85 patients aged 40 to 70 years old. The authors used combined inhalation (Sevoran, 0.7-1%) and intravenous (Recofol, 1525 mL/hr) anaesthetics; the Fentanil was infused in sub-narcotic doses (0.2-0.3 mg). This method ensured adequate level of anaesthesia under minimum risk for side effects and post-narcosis complications.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>онкохирургия</kwd><kwd>наркоз</kwd><kwd>севофлуран</kwd><kwd>пропофол</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>oncosurgery</kwd><kwd>narcosis</kwd><kwd>Sevoflurane</kwd><kwd>Propofol</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Hendrickx J.F., De Wolf A.
