Исследовались параметры гемодинамики, мозгового кровообращения, маркеры мозгового повреждения. Показано, что анестезия севофлураном вызывает меньшую депрессию гемодинамики, поддерживает более оптимальный уровень мозгового кровотока, что лимитирует ишемическое и реперфузионное повреждение головного мозга и сопровождается меньшим числом послеоперационных осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors have estimated the efficiency of the total intravenous anaesthesia with Diprivan and inhalation anaesthesia with Sevoflurane in case of carotid endarterectomy in 130 patients aged 45 to 68 years old.
