На основании 164 наблюдений осложненной травмы позвоночника описываются варианты хирургического лечения в зависимости от типа повреждения (по Denis,1983). Представлен вариант одномоментного циркулярного спондилодеза с использованием современных металлоконструкций и остеоиндукторов. Данная методика в 150 случаях позволила исключить второй этап оперативного вмешательства (вентральный спондилодез), значительно сократить сроки пребывания в стационаре и улучшить результаты лечения.

The paper describes the methods of surgery, depending on the types of trauma (Denis,1983) based upon 164 medical surveillances of the complicated spine injuries, and provides a method of one-moment circular spondylosyndesis using modern metal constructions and osteoinductors. Applied in 150 cases, this method allowed to exclude the second stage of surgery (ventral spondylosyndesis), considerably reducing the period of staying in hospital, and to improve the therapy results.
