Во всех случаях в область сформировавшихся стриктур и послеоперационных дефектов желчных протоков антеградным доступом под ультразвуковым и рентгентелевизионным контролем успешно имплантированы эндобилиарные стенты различных модификаций. Средняя продолжительность функционирования имплантатов составила 18 месяцев, максимальная - 48 месяцев. Двое пациентов скончались в результате прогрессирования заболеваний, не связанных с манипуляцией (рак легкого, цирроз печени).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper provides results of treatment of 13 patients with benign lesions of extrahepatic bile ducts. The endobiliary stents of various modifications have been implanted into the area of formed coarctations and post-operative defects of bile ducts using an ultrasonic and X-ray image-guided antegrade transseptal approach. The functioning of implants lasted, on average, 18 months, reaching 48 months at maximum.
