FEATURES OF ANATOMICAL ORGANIZATION OF LEAVES AND FLOWERS OF SOME WORMWOOD SPECIES
Abstract
The authors present results of anatomic study into
grass of six wormwood species known to grow in Primorsky Krai:
Russian wormwood (Artemisia gmelinii Web.), Sievers›s Wormwood
(Artemisia sieversiana Willd.), Virgate wormwood(Artemisia
scoparia Waldst. et Kit.), Argy wormwood (Artemisia агgуi Levl.
еt Vaniot.), Manchurian wormwood (Artemisia mandshurica
Kom.) and Rubripe wormwood(Artemisia rubripes Nakai), and
describe in detail anatomic organization of leaves, inflorescence
cover leaves, and tubular flowers of wormwood. The microscopic
analysis data can be used to prove identity of wormwood species
and probability of distinguishing them from other species.
