Pathogenetic role of the in cytokine system changes at infectious and inflammatory diseases
Abstract
Results of complex research of components of cytokine system at a system and local level at lung diseases (home, hospital pneumonia, tuberculosis) and at virus infections (hemorrhagic fever with nephritic syndrome, hepatitis C) are generalized and submitted It is shown, that early hyperproduction of the factor of the tumor necrosis and IL10 on a depression of markers of cell-dependent immune protection (IL2, γ-interferon) results in sharp increase of concentration of oxygen radicals and nitrogen oxide, promotes a prevalence of processes of the apoptosis on markers of cellular positive activation. It is the important pathogenetic part of adverse clinical presentation and the long follow-up. Proofs of influence of the activator of pneumonia on dynamics of the cytokine answer are received.
