The GI diseases - the most widespread pathology of digestion organs at children and teenagers
Abstract
By Authors data about prevalence gastrointestinal diseases at children and teenagers of Vladivostok (a gastritis, a gastroduodenitis, a gastroesophageal reflux disease, a stomach ulcer) are presented. Growth of disease with the years is noted by increase in number of complications: at 73.5% children of 15-18 years with a stomach ulcer cicatricial deformation of a bulb of duodenum, at 3.0% bleeding and at 1.5% pylorostenosis was marked. Own experience shows, that 95% children with diseases of bodies of digestion can be surveyed and treated in a polyclinic. Early diagnostics of diseases gastroduodeonal zone at children and teenagers will promote decrease in their complications at adults, to decrease in disease by a stomach ulcer and a cancer of a stomach.
