THE FEATURES OF NUTRITIVE SUPPORT IN CARDIOLOGY AND CARDIOSURGERY THE MODERN STATE OF ART

Abstract

The review of the literature devoted to a balanced diet of cardiological patients, especially after surgery. The importance of preoperative exam and some biochemical and anthropological parameters is emphasized. It is concluded, that inclusion in medical programs of cardiological patients additional enteral feeding and certain nutrients with the purpose of reduction in effects of circulatory hypoxia will allow to support a homeostasis on more optimum level and favorably influence the clinical course.
