DURATION OF THE INOTROPE SUPPORT AND MECHANICAL VENTILATION IN CORONARY BYPASS ON WORKING HEART AND IN CONDITIONS OF MECHANICAL PERFUSION
Abstract
The comparative analysis of duration of inotrope support and mechanical ventilation is shown at coronary bypass on working heart and in conditions of mechanical perfusion. The received results allow to say that duration of the inotrope support and mechanical ventilation in the early postoperative period were longer at coronary bypass in conditions of mechanical perfusion, than at myocardium revascularization on working heart.
