OPPORTUNITY OF USE OF DNA FROM THE SALMON SPERM AT THE PSEUDO-TUBERCULOSIS

Abstract

The action of low-molecular DNA from salmon sperm and the drinks enriched with this substance is investigated, at experimental pseudo-tuberculosis. At prophylactic feeding of the animals by lDNA and drinks, containing it, the survival rate of mice at infection of them with 100% lethal doze of bacteria raised. DNA stimulated the functional activity of peritoneal neutrophil cells and prevented the lethal action of the thermos resistant toxin of Y. рseudo-tuberculоsis. The use of DNA resulted in correction of pathogenic influence of the thermo resistant lethal toxin on oxidizing and antioxidizing enzyme systems of mice’s neutrophil cells.
