THE USAGE OF STEP CONTRIBUTION REPORTING METHOD IN OPTIMIZATION OF PHARMACY PERFORMANCE OF JOINT VENTURE
Abstract
The nowadays situation of market relations development in Russia’s economy, bring forward a number of problems in pharmaceutical enterprises’ performance, connected with the importance of providing their competitiveness. Given that the choice of strategic development with account of internal and external environment, within which the enterprise operates, gains the most important significance. The technique of competitiveness assessment, based on the procedures of indicative analysis, including the step contribution reporting is applied nowadays. The usage of step contribution reporting provides an opportunity to perform profitability analysis of special kinds of drugs’ items, as well as assortment of pharmaceutical production from target groups’ profitability point of view, and respectively, being geared to marketing research, to work out assortment policy of enterprise, catering on its development.
