THE COMBINED SURGERIES AT THE CANCER OF THE STOMACH

Abstract

The retrospective analysis of 267 combined surgeries concerning stomach cancer is done. The volume of intervention extended due to removal and a resection of the other organs involved in tumor’s process (esophagus, spleen, lymph nodes, liver, pancreas, etc.). The parameters of 3-and 5-years survival rate were 29.4±3.1 and 17.6±2.7% accordingly. It is judged the expansion of indications to the combined interventions at stomach cancer.
