THE DYNAMICS OF THE CYTOKINES AS ONE OF PATHOGENETIC FACTORS OF THE SURGICAL SEPSIS WITH MULTI-ORGAN INSUFFICIENCY

Abstract

Immune changes at surgical patients with a sepsis and multi-organ insufficiency are investigated. It is shown;  that the development of the immune deficiency after surgeries are connected to development of a syndrome of system inflammatory reaction, immune regulation changes processes at a level of differentiation of T-helpers. The ratio of y-interferon and IL-10 at different stages of sepsis is investigated. The interrelation of this parameter c by a various degree of organ dysfunction is shown (used scale SOFA), depending on ronkoleukin therapy.
