RESTORATION OF THE ESOPHAGUS AT THE INOPERABLE CANCER BY STENTING
Abstract
The first experience of the esophagus stenting at oncological patients is generalized. In 14 cases the prosthetics by plastic stent, in 5 – by metal Z-stent is done. 10 patients have died of progressing of the oncological process within 9 months. Authors mark, that eno-prothesis adequately restores enteral feeding at patients with the local-spread esophagus cancer, providing improvement of quality of life in the first months after surgery, and allows carrying out the chemotherapy and radiology treatment.
