DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF ACUTE INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF COX JOINT IN CHILDREN

Abstract

The pain in cox area is a symptom of many pathological conditions. The analysis of 100 cases of osteomyelitis and reactive cox arthritis was done. It is shown, that as the basic criteria at differential diagnostics are the factors previous to disease, specific pain syndrome and temperature reaction, parameters of blood analysis and sonographic results.
