EICOSANOIDS AND POLYUNSATURATED FATTY ACIDS UNDER CHRONIC INFLAMMATORY DERMATOSES

Abstract

The paper presents brief literature review related to the role of eicosanoids under chronic inflammatory dermatoses. The author highlights a necessity of modern approaches to treat-ment of chronic inflammation and application of polyunsaturat-ed fatty acids that block generating arachidonic acid, a precursor of eicosanoids in human organism.
