BONE MARROW STEM CELL TRANSPLANTATION IN THE THERAPY OF BURN WOUNDS

Abstract

The paper describes two clinical cases of transplan-tation of allogenic fibroblast-like mesenchymal stem cells under third-degree burns. Wound healing features studied by the au-thors point to a high regeneration rate due to marked angiogen-esis. Prior pilot researches and clinical observations point out a high effectiveness of cellular transplantation applied in the course of severe burns treatment.
