APPLICATION OF POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION FOR CUTANEOUS TUBERCULOSIS DIAGNOSTICS
Abstract
The paper provides discussion about nosologic place of miliary disseminated lupus of face and diagnostic potential of polymerase chain reaction. The author has made an attempt to detect DNA of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by using polymerase chain reaction in patients' skin, but it failed. Tuberculous ethiol-ogy of miliary disseminated lupus of face still raises doubts.
