VIDEOTHORACOSCOPIC RESECTIONS OF LUNGS UNDER THE BOUNDED FORMS OF TUBERCULOSIS

Abstract

There was generalized the experience of 16 videothoracoscopic atypical economical resections of the lung under the bounded forms of pulmonary tuberculosis. It is marked that the most complicated thing while carrying-out these operations is to determine the limits of resection. It was proposed to use minithoracotomic access. The authors conclude that the videothoracoscopic resections are advanced directions on treating the bounded forms of pulmonary tuberculosis that is clear of shortcomings of open thoracotomy.
