LAPAROSCOPIC SPLENECTOMY DURING THE SECOND TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY: CHOICE OF ACCESS AND PERIODS OF OPERATIVE INTERVENTION
Abstract
The authors having the experience of 15 laparo-scopic splenectomies describe the operative technique of this kind of intervention during the pregnancy. The doctors considered two clinical cases. The indications for the operation were blood diseases. In both cases the act of delivery was natural and on term, children are healthy.
