Эндопротезирование плечевого сустава при проксимальных переломах плеча: возможности и трудности

Аннотация
В статье приведены современные литературные данные относительно артропластики плечевого сустава при комплексных переломах проксимального отдела плечевой кости. Критически оценены анатомо-физиологические предпосылки для выбора гемиартропластики (ГА) либо реверсивной артропластики (РА) как метода лечения указанных переломов. Обозначена существенная роль социальных факторов в формировании лечебной стратегии. Констатирована невозможность универсального подхода в выборе метода хирургического замещения сустава при тяжелых переломовывихах плеча.
