Abstract
Forming a smooth nasal bridge at the final stage of rhinoplasty is one of the key aspects of the surgical procedure. This article presents a method for reconstructing the nasal bridge after septorhinoplasty. This patented method involves harvesting quadrangular cartilage and processing it in a crusher to alter its elastic properties. The graft is then placed on the bony and cartilaginous sections of the nasal bridge and secured with sutures at four points. Although this method is technically rather simple, it is an effective approach for widening the bridge of the nose. Furthermore, it helps reduce the risk of side effects and complications while achieving long-lasting cosmetic and aesthetic results.
