Плотные межклеточные контакты и зонулин в формировании оральной толерантности и пищевой аллергии

Аннотация

Обзор публикаций, посвященных молекулярным основам кишечной проницаемости и патологическим изменениям, которые приводят к ее нарушению. Рассматриваются существующие представления о кишечном барьере, плотных контактах (tight joints, TJ) и кишечной проницаемости в норме и патологии. Особое внимание уделено молекулярным основам плотных контактов, раскрыта роль нарушения регуляции компонентов TJ-комплекса в формировании оральной толерантности и пищевой аллергии. Показано, что оценка состояния кишечного эпителиального барьера может быть важным диагностическим критерием для контроля над течением заболевания и эффективностью лечения.
