Roadmap of the University: Benefits of usage and challenges of creation
Abstract
This article devoted to the new for the Russian Universities technology of strategic management and planning - the roadmap. There were analyzed the special aspects of the corporative technological roadmaps formation. Basic problems of roadmaps creation for educational organizations, mainly related to the problems of operational university management were formed in that article. The potential benefits of roadmaps using that allow to solve the limited resources problems of internal and external stakeholders were described. There were also analyzed the stages of the management algorithm of university road map creation as the sum of steps of achieving «frontier points» of promotion of the university in the main directions of modernization and obtaining the desired results in the context of the most important for the innovational development of the university activities.
