Имплантация торических интраокулярных линз в хирургии катаракты: методы изучения клинико-экономической эффективности и качества жизни пациентов

Аннотация

Представлен обзор методов хирургической коррекции роговичного астигматизма у пациентов, оперированных по поводу катаракты, дано представление о торических интраокулярных линзах, их преимуществах, критериях отбора пациентов, особенностях расчета, предоперационной разметки. Также проведен обзор наиболее часто используемых международных опросников для определения качества жизни и зрения лиц, страдающих катарактой, которые позволяют определить оптимальные сроки хирургического лечения и оценить его качество. Представлены методы оценки социальной и экономической эффективности лечения различной офтальмологической патологии, в том числе катаракты и ее сочетания с роговичным астигматизмом.
