Comparative characteristics of pachymetry methods of anterior segment of eye

Abstract

Was compared accuracy of measurement of corneal thickness by the methods of optical coherence tomography, anterior segment analyze and ultrasonic pachymetry. Was demonstrated difference on data, received by different methods of research according coordinates of research. Accuracy of pachimetry in center spot and oriented by the optical axis raise as follow: anterior segment analyze - ultrasonic pachymetry - optical coherence tomography.
