Specific of organization of ophthalmological care to children with retinopathy of prematurity in Samarskaya oblast

Abstract

This article devoted to the organization of ophthalmo logical care: screening, regular medical check-up and treatment of threshold phase of retinopathy of prematurity in circumstances of dispersal of hospitals that give special care nursery to children of risk group in Samara oblast. On the base of Eroshevskiy T.I. Samara Oblastnaya Clinical Ophthalmological Hospital was formed mobile unit of ophthalmologists that helps provide step-by-step approach, that provide care and observation over this category of patients.
