Эндотелиальный (интимальный) механизм регуляции мозговой гемодинамики: трансформация взглядов

Аннотация

В обзоре рассмотрены существующие представления о роли эндотелия сосудов в регуляции мозговой гемодинамики - от полного отрицания такой возможности до признания за эндотелиальным механизмом ведущей роли в управлении функциями сосудов. Обобщены результаты собственных исследований, а также данные литературы за последние полвека по эндотелиальному (интимальному) механизму регуляции кровотока. По мнению авторов, адекватное кровоснабжение головного мозга представляет собой результат взаимодействия нескольких механизмов, изучение которых позволит установить истинное значение эндотелия в единой системе управления мозговым кровообращением.
