Восстановление пассажа содержимого толстой кишки при опухолевой непроходимости
Аннотация
Обзор литературы и анализ собственного опыта эндопротезирования толстой кишки при опухолевой непроходимости. Рассмотрены показания и противопоказания к стентированию, техника выполнения вмешательства и его осложнения, современные виды колоректальных стентов. Описаны результаты сравнения колоректального стентирования и колостомии. Приведены результаты 6 имплантаций колоректальных стентов у 5 пациентов с опухолевой толстокишечной непроходимостью.
