LETHAL ANALYSIS OF HIV-POSITIVE PATIENTS SECONDARY TO HIGHLY-ACTIVE ANTI- RETROVIRAL THERAPY

Abstract

The paper presents analysis of 592 out-patient medical records of those HIV-positive patients who have been exposed to highly-active anti-retroviral therapy from 2006 to 2008. As noted, there was a significant reduction of HIV-positive patients' lethality in comparison with patients without having the causal treatment administered.
