Parks and their role in creation of innovative potential of a high school science
Abstract
In this work some questions of the organization of scientific and techno parks — the major elements of modern market system, the organizational form of co-work of higher educational institutions, consulting and innovative firms, and the industrial enterprises are considered. As in Vladivostok there are all conditions for creation of the parks, the leading high schools of city could become the initiators in the decision of this problem that would promote increase in innovative potential of a high school science.
