CORRECTION OF LIPID METABOLIC CHANGES AND ANTIOXIDATIVE ACTIVITY AT PATIENTS WITH PSORIASIS

Abstract

Influence of biologically active additive «Kalifen» on parameters of lipid spectrum of blood and antioxidative activity at patients with psoriasis of middle severity is investigated. Under the action of medication the level of free cholesterol has decreased at the expressed tendency to stabilization of the etherificated cholesterol that is of great importance for blocking the processes of epidermis’ proliferation in the centers of injury. The natural complex from a guilder-rose positively influenced the changes in phospholipid structure of blood, restored a level of malone dialdegide and the general antioxidative activity of blood. The expediency of inclusion of «Kalifen» in complex therapy of patients with psoriasis is shown.
