Послеоперационные вентральные грыжи у пациентов со злокачественными образованиями органов брюшной полости

Аннотация

Лечение пациентов с вентральными грыжами после оперативных вмешательств при злокачественных новообразованиях брюшной полости – сложная проблема абдоминальной хирургии, одна из особенностей которой – необходимость выполнения герниопластики на фоне химиотерапии и иммуносупрессии, в том числе вызванной онкологической патологией. В обзоре представлены сведения о распространении послеоперационных вентральных грыж в разных регионах, рассмотрены причины их развития, современные методы профилактики и определены основные направления дальнейших исследований для решения проблем хирургического лечения.
