Myocardial infarction with nonobstructive coronary arteries

Abstract

 A clinical case of the non ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction of the 50 years old patient was presented. The peculiarity of the observation – presence of the non-obstructive coronarosclerosis in the area of infarction-connected  coronary artery with the narrowing of its lumen up to 20 % and the combination  of the indicated changes with the myocardial muscular bridge.
