УГЛЕВОДНЫЕ БИОПОЛИМЕРЫ ДЛЯ АДРЕСНОЙ ДОСТАВКИ БЕЛКОВЫХ ПРЕПАРАТОВ, НУКЛЕИНОВЫХ КИСЛОТ И ПОЛИСАХАРИДОВ

Аннотация

Статья посвящена новому научному направлению -разработке систем адресной доставки белков, нуклеиновых кислот и полисахаридов через тканевые барьеры. Внимание уделено природным нетоксичным соединениям, составляющим группу углеводных биополимеров. Описаны структура, физико-химические свойства и фармакологическая активность пектинов, альгинатов, хитозанов, каррагинанов и фукоиданов и микро- и наносистем на основе этих соединений. Приведены примеры использования наночастиц хитозана для энтерального введения гормонов, генов эритропоэтина и гепарина. Подчеркнута необходимость проведения токсикологических исследований новых лекарственных форм.
