CHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF PATRINIA SCABIOSIFOLIA
Abstract
The paper provides studies on chemical composition of root and above-ground parts of Patrinia scabiosifolia. The plant samples have been collected and prepared during blossom time, then treated with solvents with increasing polarity. As reported, the main extractive substances from both above-ground and root parts of the plant are essential oils, phenolcarbonic acids, saponins, and polysaccharides.
