COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF COMPLICATED AND UNCOMPLICATED PYOINFLAMMATORY PATHOLOGY OF CHILDREN’S MAXILLOFACIAL PATHOLOGY

Abstract

The paper provides analysis for 60 cases of pyoinflammatory diseases of children aged six to eighteen. When the pathology was uncomplicated, no clinical evidence of intoxication was observed. If the odontogenic abscesses were evident, the tachycardia of toxic genesis was registered in 40% of cases. Such clinical features as feeling unwell and transient tachycardia should not be completely referred to endointoxication because they might be considerably caused by children>s pain syndrome and psychoemotional stress. Key words: pyoinflammatory pathology, maxilla-facial area.
