Pulmonary hemodynamics and arterial blood gases in patients with isoleited cnronic obstructive pulmonary disease associated with cronic stable ischemic disease
Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate of pulmonary hemodynamics and arterial blood gases in patients with isoleited chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (C0PD) and associated with chronic stable coronary artery disease. The study included of 103 patients (54 patients with isolated C0PD and 49 patients with C0PD associated with chronic stable coronary artery disease). Arterial blood gases, the pressure in the right heart are investigated. Results of the correlation analysis of arterial blood gases and pressure in the right heart are presented.
