Case diagnosis of Crohn’s disease in children

Abstract
It is the clinical observation of Crohn>s disease in a child of 12 years old. The diagnosis was made on the basis of gastro and colonoscopy and detection in biopsies of the colon specific changes and epithelioid granulomas, to the exclusion of other non-specific and infectious intestinal lesions.
