Radical prostatectomy: summarised experience of surgical treatment of patients with prostate cancer in Primorsky Regional Oncological Dispensary
Abstract
The paper summarises experience of 22 radical prostatectomies performed for prostate cancer using ultrasonic tissue cavitation device CUSA Excel-8 System and indicates that new methods have improved visualization of anatomical structures in the surgical field, decreased extent of blood loss and created optimum conditions for applying urethro-urethral anastomosis.
