Abstract
68 patients suffering from insular diabetes and 88 pa-tients having insular diabetes in combination with stomach ulcer underwent daily pH metering of oesophagus and esophagoscopy to diagnose gastroesophageal reflux disease. In the course of examination gastroesophageal reflux disease was confirmed for 18,8% of patients suffering from type I diabetes and 19,4% of pa-tients with type II diabetes. The author has ascertained that the patients suffering from insular diabetes associated with stomach ulcer had had gastroesophageal reflux disease more often. If the patients had insular dependent diabetes of type II associated with stomach ulcer, then gastroesophageal reflux disease was, mostly, diagnosed and in a half of disease cases was characterized by as-ymptomatic disease course.

Abstract
NO-synthetase localisation and activity was ex-amined by method of V. Hope, S. Vincent on NADPH-diaph-orase (NADPH-d, coenzyme factor). It is possible to identify three types NADPH-d-positive cells with high, medium and low activity of enzyme during research of oblong brain cuts painted on NADPH-d. Enzyme's activity in pelvic presenta-tion of the fetus to decrease to 9%, in comparison with cranial presentation. NO-inhibitors causes constriction of brain ves-sels, and in some cases their administration is accompanied by basal blood circulations decrease in these organs, including in antenatal period of ontogenesis with consequences following from here.

Abstract
Objective of study was to study relation of VDR and COL1A1 gene's polymorphism in adolescences with carriage dis-orders. We investigated 45 adolescences with carriage disorders. Condition of bone metabolism was estimated on blood osteocal-cini (OC) and вCrossLaps (вCL) concentration by immunoas-say method. BsmI polymorphism of length of restrictive fraction VDR3 (genotypes BB, Bb, bb) and Sp1 polymorphism COL1A1 (genotypes SS, Ss, ss) was studied using PCR. Control group was consisted by 40 health adolescences similar ages and a sex. We discovered significant different between average indices of OC level in adolescences with carriage disorders with genotypes BB, Bb and bb (BsmI-polymorphism). The difference between CL levels is found only for SS and ss genotypes. Conclusion: a poly-morphism VDR3 and COL1A1 gene has intimately relation with bone metabolism markers in adolescences with carriage disor-ders and it is key genes in development of osteopenic syndrome.

Abstract
Bilateral bronchophonography helped to detect acoustic focus at 75% of patients suffering from pneumonia (sensitivity - 0,75, specificity - 0,86) that confirms comparability between this method and traditional procedures (examination, palpation, percussion, auscultation). Main advantage of this method consists in a possibility to describe inflammatory focus objectively (qualitatively and quantitatively) during examination and in dynamics, and to create individual archives of acoustic data. Besides, bilateral bronchophonography is non-invasive, non-ionizing and safety procedure that, if required, allows to perform frequent monitoring of the pathologic focus in the lung detected by using X-ray examination, including in cases when capabilities of X-ray examination are limited (for example, preg-nant women, nursing mothers).

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to make examination of pregnant women in both Khabarovsk and Vladivostok for uro-genital infections pathogens. A special attention is focused on those microorganisms, as to which there is no settled opinion re-garding diagnostics, features of clinical presentations, therapeu-tic and preventive approaches. The authors estimate frequency of infection among different categories of pregnant women and trace the level of born children's health, ascertain bacterial resis-tance to the therapy used, and offer schemes of integrated medi-cal treatment of the most frequent urogenital infections.

Abstract
Heart rhythm and conduction disorders were studied in 57 patients both male and female at the age of 16 to 60 years with false tendons in left ventricle and innate or acquired mitral valve prolapse. All patients underwented fisical examinations, thorough echocardiographic evoluation, ECG, diagnostic scope of blood pressure and Holter ECG monitoring. The subject of false tendons and heart rythm disorder connections is being dis-cussed. In case of the false tendons in the left ventricle the grave heart ryhthm and conductions disorders can be also found, espe-cially if a pation already has mitral valve prolapse. The location of false tendons at angle 45° towards transfering tract of the left ventricle case to obstruction and required to make a differential diagnosis with heard malformation.

Abstract
Effect of drugs on men's sexual function is of great importance in forensic medical practice in view of the fact that there are medical products that may both inhibit copulative cycle and stimulate it. The authors have studied effect of drugs produced on sexual function taking into account 400 anony-mous questionnaires and ascertained that chronic diseases and drugs applied to treat them, as well as long-lasting stress situa-tions have negative effect on erectile function. Some men occa-sionally or on continuing basis take drugs that enhance sexual function, including without consulting with the doctor. This fact and an opportunity to take drugs inhibiting sexual function prior to forensic medical examination of suspects in rape make difficulties for forensic medical examination of men's sexual functions.

Abstract
108 patients have been examined for ixodic tick bor-reliosis (clinical and epidemiological parameters). It is shown that this pathology is of current importance for the Region in-habitants. Erythemateous and in-erythemateous forms of this disease are registered there. General intoxication syndrome is more evident at patients suffering from in-erythemateous form. Furthermore, there is a cellular immunity hyperactivation. Im-mune response type is dependent on the form of the disease: Th2-type prevails under erythemateous form in acute period; mixed Th1/Th2-type prevails under in-erythemateous form.

Abstract
Intraoperating support of ventilation is carried out in various modes - at the kept independent breath, with the help of artificial ventilation easy (IPPV) and various variants of aux-iliary ventilation. The basic method of carrying out of ventila-tion is compulsory volumetric ventilation with positive pressure with a high, small and low stream gas mixes. There are rather useful methods of high-frequency ventilation at carrying out of complex lungs operations. Modern requirements to safety of an-esthesia and adequate ventilating support demand constant in-formative monitoring.

Abstract
Adhesive activity of peritoneal macrophages and state of their lysosomal membranes stability by their attachment to plastics and glass were determined by original methods. It was shown that peritoneal macrophages' ability to attach to plastics is higher than to glass. This way, rise of ILMS occurs in case of their attachment to plastics during different time period of in-teraction between peritoneal macrophages and glass or plastics, that is associated with rise of phagocytes' lisosomal membranes labilization.
